Fantastic hotel with wonderful rooms and amenities.

The hotel was amazing. Great views and wonderful food. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and had an amazing selection.

Nice sunset view everyday but definitely not value for money

- The view from the terrace was amazing and we were able to see sunset every evening. - Food quality is good though we have to order room service most of the time because of their restaurant limited opening hours and they charged EUR 6 each time for room service order. - We have received complimentary bottle of Prosecco and cakes. - The front desk customer service and manager have promptly make a room change after our feedback on the first room. - The shuttle service around the hotel properties and to Mykonos town.

- We have booked 'Grand Mystique Sea View with Private Pool' and the first room they gave us came with sun beds without sun umbrellas. It is impossible to use the terrace as intended because you will be baking under the intensive sun all day. They exchanged another room for us the next day and the 2nd room was more functional. (see photos) - The first room was dirty when we checked in and the housekeeping had to vacuum again. - Perhaps it is off season, half of the items listed on their room service food menu were not available and the breakfast staff were not attentive.

One of our most enjoyable stays at Mykonos if you want to be on the beach

We booked a higher category suite with a hot tub so the room was certainly large and had a lot of space. The hotel and grounds were well maintained and service was overall good. Rooms had nice amenities, decent design and housekeeping was ok. Hotel has a really nice pool, but we came here to spend days on the public side of Elia beach to be honest. Breakfast offering was great and well maintained. If you want to go to town, there is a great shuttle bus service that actually makes up for paying a taxi and takes very similar town so you can go downtown without a hassle as if you have been to Mykonos, you know that getting anywhere in a taxi is always a hassle.

The staff is really welcoming, the swimming pool is amazing during the night, really nice during the day, with a super DJ playing lounge music. Perfect for a stop in Mykonos

Upscale Hotel in a great beach at Elia Beach.

Greta Hotel located at the top of the hill in Elia Beach. Extensive preperty with amazing pool and jacuzzi. Staff was really helpfull and attentive to our requests. Room was spacious and will equipped. Amazing Breakbast Buffet. Private beach is really beautiful.

Room lack of lighting and design is too dark for our taste. Location of the room was very far from breakfast and other amenities. In room pool was too deep. Mykonos town and other points of interest are at least 30 minute drive. Almost no taxis in the Island.
