No room available despite booking

I would advise you to call and confirm your reservation with the hotel. We arrived and were told that they had no knowledge of our booking and there was no room for us. This wasn't ideal on new year's eve...

Very attentive and informative host. Breakfast room light, bright and immaculately presented. Breakfast staff were delightful and helpful. Property in minutes walk from central Inverness, it was perfect. Recommendations for excellent eateries were great.

I dont think I needed anything better.

Nice house with a short walk to town

The room was great, fairly big and the bathroom was massive. Breakfast was good. Options included yogurt/cereal and a small menu with hot items - eggs, sausage, ham, etc. The location was about a 5 minute walk to downtown but very easy to navigate.
