Motel One standards are definitely great I will highly recommend it.

The team at the reception were friendly and always ready to help. Very convenient to access via bus / tram/train . Near convenient stores/ supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel especially the Indian restaurant across the street . I had a similar good experience in Motel One Berlin .

The staff at the bar were not friendly. We sat there for over 10 minutes no one offered us any help. We never went to the bar again. They were more interested and friendlier to other non -African guests .

The staff was great - as always. Very friendly and accommodating. We asked for a quiet room which we received and it was very peaceful. It's always super clean and reliable.

Worth !!

Everything was excellent. I booked room with city view, my stay was amazing and happy to come back any time. I will recommend it for my friends and family when they plan to visit Munich.

There was no handle on window so was not possible to close it. Except that was everything amazing.

No nonsense value for money

This was my first stay with Motel One chain and I will definitely be a returning guest to the Motel One. - everything ran smoothly and friendly - room was very clean and despite being quite small, very functional. - comfortable mattress and pillows. - city center was easily accessible by metro (station 400m away). - QUIET! I stayed 2 nights by the railway station and the street noise was horriffic. - breakfast is qood value. - the bar was really lovely.
