The front desk stuff was really exceptional: empathic joke about the travel, preparing my mood for the stay. Outstanding empathy! The room was spottless and the location was perfect centrally located

Location is great.

Great location. We had a court yard side room as staff said it would be quieter so best option if looking for quiet option. As described on booking.com. Loads of food options around hotel again due to location.

There was no queue structure for front desk to check in. Was just a free for all with people jumping in with "quick questions" that ended up taking ages. The queue that others formed was out the front door when we arrived it took ages as only 2 members of staff were doing check ins and hotel seemed full.

Very good hotel with Amazing view and nice location!

The hotel is located in a very central area and close to metro station. When we booked we asked for the room with the 2 sides view (which sees the tower and the city. What i found very strange is that they would not confirm 100% that that particular room was booked for us, instead they replied "we will keep a note so that you want this room and if its availiable when you arrive then we will give it to you" which i found very strange. I have never seen a hotel not able to confirm a room for a guest (we even offered more money which they refused which has no logic in how (and if) they book these rooms). Turns out they did keep the room for us and had it ready even before check in hour, they even gave us a bottle of water as a welcoming gift. The view from the 17th floor is fantastic! i would say everything went smooth and its value for money place to stay!

The rooms are extremely small to the extent that if you open 1-2 luggages you have to jump over the bed to actually move around. Its impossible to fit 2 people confortably unless you are staying for 1 day and not carrying anything with you. The fact that they didnt not and would not book the room we wanted (even though we offered more money) made me stressed and untill the last moment i didnt know if we would have that particular room. For us as a tourists it is important to have a room with a nice view to enjoy as much as possible our stay in a place. I cannot follow the logic behind their thinking in this. If i new that for example they wouldnt have given me That particular room i wanted i would had explored other options with other hotels , either you have a room availiable and you book it or you dont book at all, thats the logic i know. Also there where (only) 1-2 people in the stuff of the checkin-checkout and at some times there would be lines of 15-20 guests waiting at the lobby. For an 18floor hotel with so many rooms i would say you need to add more stuff in the main lobby desk.

It has been a really pleasant stay overall; I recommend.

The position is really convenient especially for short stays. The bed is comfortable, the little fireplace video loop on the TV is adorable, and the room is very clean and quiet. The view is fine, and there are no facing windows. The staff was very friendly and helpful; I broke something in the room by accident during my first day and they immediately offered to change room for me without extra fees.

Nothing exactly unpleasant, just a few little notes. The shower stall doesn't have any doors or curtains, so sometimes water would spill out. I had to put a towel on the floor to prevent slipping. Toothpaste was not provided by default, so I had to ask for it at the front desk. It's free though.

The location is great, you are just a couple of footsteps away from the railway station Alexanderplatz. The rooms are quiet despite the central and busy location: you can enjoy the view through the double-glass windows

There was a severe problem with the key card system and it seems the hotel was not able to handle the situation properly as they the house was quite full and they seems understaffed at the weekend of New Years Eve. It took a while until the problem was solved and we were not able to enter the room without help of housekeeping during this time.

The location is strategically good, it has a long open bar on the top floor, a good selection of non-alcoholic cocktails, a nice view.

The room smelled of weed after housekeeping. Didn't change the towels. Very poor selection of breakfast only to make sandwiches, no hot breakfast selection (pancakes, fried eggs, sausages, etc.).
