Pet friendly (2 cats) and very nice housekeeping staff.
I didn't like having to remove myself and my cats every time for room cleaning so frequently.

It was close to our venue. It came with a refrigerator and a microwave.
The parking situation was horrible. I was double charged and went and spoke to the staff he was accusing me of lying. Thankfully I got my money back on one of my cards.
