Disappointing

We had a double bunk bed for parent and our kids that was horrible. They should have told us that earlier and we were going to choose other alternatives . The kid was in top of us and parents down just horrible horrible

Good for the money but should be better

The welcoming staff allowed me to check in before the oficial time

The family room has no privacy and the bed on top is too noisy. Sockets not working to charge phones and reported without response. WiFi not reaching the room 423.

The waiters are very friendly and the breakfast looked good though I didn't eat.

Room floors were dirty and the dust bin was still full and the bathroom had used toilet paper and bathing soap. I had to change the room because the TV wasn't working. Please install new tiles and remove those old floor vinyls.

Very good

The reception and entrance it's very NYC and it's safe.

In the hotel rooms they place 2coffees in a triple room with 4 sugars and 2milk.we couldn't drink coffee 2cups it was impossible to prepare because they actually placed ingredients for 1person in a triple room. Eish iwas so bored . The fact that you must pay to use an iron it's boring. Anyway no perfect place it's life
