Love everything about the hotel itself. Staff service was excellent and friendly. Free breakfast was provided for us, although i did not select the breakfast opt on the booking. Qiblah signs were provided, which made it easy for muslim to perform prayer.Clean, spacious, and strategic location.

1. The phone in room 162 didn't work. 2. The only considered bad experience was the noises during the stay. Didn't know the hotel was located in front of the pub/bar at the corner lot and opposite our room, and it made us can't sleep until almost 3 am. Totally understand it might be due to New Year celebrations, but it was too loud. karaoke and music till late, which it really made me feel bad with this experience after a long hour journey to JB. Hopefully, the hotel management could do something with this noise from the pub/bar, IF this really will cause those noises every day or on the weekend. However, the other services provided were A+ for this rate of hotel.

Disappointing

Disappointing Stay at a good location

The stay was selected due to the work location.

1. AC wasnt working. 2. Was told to change room. The new room given was smaller than the previous room. 3. Counter staff didnt give a damned to whats happening. 4. Theres only cheap tasteless packed breakfast. 5. Upstairs rooms were noisy playing football all evening. 6. The bed was very uncomfortable.
