Nice stay at the Model

Staff hospitality was exceptional, Nice traditional architecture and close to everything by tuk-tuk. Don't underestimate the happy hour drinks, they're delicious to enjoy by their pools.

The toilet cover looked extremely used and old. There were spider webs in some spots of the room, including around the bathroom glasses and the minibar furniture.

The price always without vat , services ++. Dident like to ger servid a price "its cost 50 dollar" but you need to pay 80. Etc.

staff were friendly and were there for me all the time. once there was a cute small frog that was in my room and the staff came over quickly and caught it with their hands. they were also very prompt and made sure my room was clean and gave me suggestions on where to visit.

Everything you need and more

Stayed in the Royal Suite, it's an absolutely stunning building. very friendly staff that seemed to be on reception at every point of the visit. Short Tuktuk ride to the main tourist strip and a short ride to Angkor Wat.

the only thing that let the property down was a pile of sand on the driveway, which was obviously for maintenance, but no big deal, would defiantly recommend and stay again

Disappointing

Not as described.

The neighbourhood is quiet and makes easy to sleep in the night. The staff is polite. The drivers of the tuc tuc are nice. This place should have been amazing time ago, the buildings and common areas must have been pretty, now they are too abandoned.

The manteinance is too poor, one of the swimming pools was leaking, the area had holes at the floor. The spa area is like a warehouse of dusty old furniture. Sauna and jacuzzi were out of order (anyway who wants to have a spa session at an untidy and crowded of old furniture area ?) The restaurant has no personnel and the day we arrived was not working. Once the night comes down, the only common place where the light is on is at the reception. Even the access and corridors to the room were dark. The room was no clean and light was ridiculous. The breakfast is neither enought quantity nor good quality. When you complaint it seems that they do not care, they just say I am sorry and keep on with their lives. It is understandable that after the pandemic the quality has dropped somewhat, but from what is described to what is offered there is too much difference and the price is too expensive for what they provide. We finnaly moved to another place, similar price but much, much better quality and service.
