Hopeless line ups for meals 60 pool side chairs for 1200 guests! No policing of empty pool side chairs blocked by absent guests who leave their towels for endless hours Worst pool and beachside facilities we have ever experienced

Located in the middle of Waikiki Beach, I can experience both sides of the beach and shopping centers. With direct beach access, the view from the tower, especially overlooking Diamond Head, is superb. Spending New Year's Eve by the poolside for a party was an amazing experience. Considering the high number of guests, the management is well-maintained, and the room condition is excellent.

Staying in the tower, be prepared for occasional crowding with three elevators, especially during peak times or approaching checkout around 10 AM. The Beach Bar gets quite busy from 5 PM, making it challenging to find seating. We opted for buffet breakfast throughout our stay, which was decent but not particularly remarkable. Dining nearby with two kids might be inconvenient, making the advantage of enjoying a relaxed meal with a sea view significant. Arriving around 9 AM may involve some waiting, while before 8 AM tends to be less crowded.

The place feels like a theme park. Overpriced and downmarket. Would never recommend even for a drink.

Location and room both excellent

Plastic cups in the bar. Too many non guests allowed in so paying guests have no priority. Lost luggage. Rude unhelpful staff when trying to locate luggage after being checked in for five hours. Guests wandering around lobby and lifts in swimsuits. Had to join a queue for breakfast at 630. Left after ten minutes waiting

Great location, that needs to some improvements & a bit more care factor.

Hotel needs upgrading Coffee place attached to Hotel needs better snack food & coffee needs upgrading. Hotel needs to be a bit more flexibility when paying over $3k for accommodation & take funds out of credit card over a few days, as everyones limits are different & if your staying at the hotel for more than 2 days your going to get to get yr payment, this really does need considering. Hotel check in desk needs to be more customer service focused to rely on future clients to come back to their hotel, not very welcoming to hotel stayers. Only found one place that had dole pineapple soft serve ice cream , unfortunately it wasnt at your pool kiosk, needs an upgrade on skills to provide nicer drinks & snack food for what u pay at this kiosk. Need a good restaurant like dukes to compete with their business!! The restaurant near the pool was 7-8/10, just needs a bit more variety of meals, chicken wings were tasty!!
