I had one of the worst experience here. The staffs were hostile, obnoxious, had God complex and abrasive. I think they bear a certain grudge for people from my country and the management were very Condescending. I made a booking and wasnt sure if my card had been charged, Whilst I was waiting on booking to confirm this they came at me saying my payment was rejected and there was no money in my account. Trying to make fun of me and embarrass me. I was surprised as this has never happened. I tried explaining but the manager who was the main problem started saying I have no money in my account. He wanted to keep on speaking without giving me the chance to explain myself. I lost my cool and used the F word (Who the F are you, to tell me to keep mute and listen to you spew rubbish), and immediately he asked me to leave. I think that was the opportunity that he was looking for all along. The look in his eyes was filled with hate and judgement. I regret checking into their hotel and regret that booking referred their place to me. I think after now I will just go back to using my Airbnb. I havent had any bad experience using that platform in almost a year. I am devastated and emotionally exhausted because of this. They made me leave the hotel premises without the option of booking another place or giving me the time to sort my things out. This was how much hate the management have in their heart and how much they wanted to flex their strength just to prove a point to a client. Bear in mind that I have stayed with them for 5 days already but because they think my payment didnt go through they immediately assume I was broke and I should leave their premises. I had to plead with my taxi driver to wait by the roadside just so I could find another hotel. This is my worst experience yet since Ive been traveling. Plus I think the hotel is mostly used for short time lodge for quickies. The pillows were uncomfortable. The walls are thin and you could hear people having sex.
