I was in the city for less than 24 hours and over an hour of it was trying to not be over charged. Otherwise it was good

It was pretty comfortable and there was a good view

Booking.com and the property didnt agree with the amount to charge me for. I paid before I got there but the property said booking.coms card declined, because there was a discrepancy on the expected payment. If I didnt say anything I would have been charged $300 on a $150 room, plus a deposit in case things were broken, so $400. It ended up being fixed, but it sucks I have to deal with that in the first place. The staff was nice about everything. We also had to pull the room door very hard to get it to lock and unlock.

The room was nice and comfy, but the breakfast was frustrating.

It was a decent walk to US Bank Stadium and the room was comfy.

The breakfast area was not well laid out and not the easiest to understand. Should I be going to the restaurant, etc?

Our stay was quiet, blissful, and fun. The staff were professional, kind, and personable.

Check in was a breeze. The professional that helped us check in was expedient, thoughtful, and personable. We cant remember her name, but she was working at around 5:00pm on Friday 11/24/2023. Her warm nature really kicked our night off the right way! We really hope you share this with the staff. Our check out was great too. The whole staff was just so kind and thoughtful. Thank you!

We loved our stay. The room had an amazing view, and we both agreed it was the most comfortable hotel(or resort) bed we have ever slept on. We didnt love the 3 elevators it took to leave or get to our room, but luckily we were only staying for the night. We also understand that this is something that cannot be helped.

Superb

The Aurora restaurant had some of the best cheese curds I had ever had. From the moment we arrived the staff was great: from the valet to the door greeter and the front desk.

The little coffee shop thing was just so expensive. I spent a fortune down there before we were able to walk to Target.

Good location, comfortable and clean but quite expensive.

The room was large and comfortable. The location is downtown Minneapolis with lots of public transportation options, so it was great as I didn't rent a car. I didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as they didn't have any vegan options.

There was no pick-up option from the airport, so I had to manage by myself late night arrival. According to a staff member, there were no vegan options for breakfast, so I had to eat out. The stay was expensive.
