The location was perfect

There was flashing fire alarm light over bed which made it very hard to sleep at night . The spa was freezing, water was not clean in pool. The hygiene was awful. The television was awful, didnt work proper.

For the money paid, breakfast wasnt hot. The staff were super nice!

For high rates, they didnt even provide water in the rooms. Room size was small. $330/night for the facilities was a rip off!

Excellent location. Love that the property is very modern. Very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. We also enjoy the little balcony in our room.

Unfriendly check-in experience

1. There is a round head middle aged man with beard at reception. He will look at you as if you were rubbish, talk to you with the attitude of 'I have better things to do', 'I don't want to talk to you' and ' I'm the boss here'. He is always busy doing something else when you are talking to him. You will not be noted the opening time of breakfast and spa need reservation. My Asian friends, please don't insult yourselves by checking in here. 2. There are too many mirrors in the room, making the Fengshui of the room not good. No offence to other staffs in the hotel, they were very nice. Due to the insufficient number of samples observed, I cannot draw the conclusion that he is racist. But he was at least unfriendly to me.
