Review 5: Overall, the stay at MGM Grand Detroit was nice. However, the upgraded room was disappointing as the noise machine did not work and there was no air conditioning. Dont take customers if youre having troubles with your business

The fact that i was woken up at 6am all the way to 10 am with sirens from union workers who are on strike wouldve been good to know before hand that i wont be sleeping past 6 am. Paid full price for a stay that had half the amenities and staff, a discount should have been provided just for the sirens alone. Will not be returning

Loved staying with MGM and will do so again hopefully when everything is back Open.

My room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved the layout. My service person was very, very kind and helpful.

With the strike, none of the restaurants (but the Kerby's) was open so that was very disappointing.
