Wonderful boutique hotel in town center

Absolutely fantastic staff and amazing terrace breakfests. Lounge furniture on main terrace for a glass of wine in the evening was really nice. In the center of old Marmaris, lots of walking small streets up and down. No parking, but the owner took our car from the edge of old town to a car park where we left it for our stay. Room was beautiful, overlooked the old harbor.

Very close to "Bar Street", got really loud 10-4am. Shut windows and running AC made a world of difference after our first night when we didn't know better.

We felt very much at home.

Great breakfast with spectacular terrace views.

In the morning staff seemed to be lounging around the ground floor waiting for guests to vacate their rooms so they could clean them. Just wasn';t a good look of staff sitting on the floor looking at their phones.

The property was nice and so is the location.

You could hear the neighbours next door as if you are in the same room. If you want to a have good night sleep, you will not get it here. Very close to the clubs which goes on until about 2am and also close to the mosque, where prayer starts very early too.
