Good, not great.

The location was right, the room was nice, appreciated the washer/dryer in the room as there is nothing to hang your towel or swimmers on to dry.

Poor signage to parking off the main road, charging additional $ p/night for parking is pretty ridiculous in 2024. Pool area wasn't overly clean, and the elevators a) take forever to get between the 32+ floors and b) the doors close on them far to quickly. We witnessed 2 people leave an elevator and before your staff member could even get thier trolley in, the doors had closed and we all missed the elevator and had to wait for another one.

Location was great. The rest was ok-good.

The location was fantastic and the unit was very spacious.

We arrived at 4pm for check in but had to wait 30mins before accessing our room. We were told that the cleaning supervisor had to check our room to ensure it was ready for us. We were not the only guests that had to wait.

Disappointing

Hotel cleanliness is very poor. Will never stay there again.

Location was great

House keeping was terrible, toilet was not cleaned I had to buy my own cleaning products and lean myself. Very disappointing!! You would think that sheets would be changed more than once with a 12 night stay. Spoke with the duty manager and am still waiting for a call back, wont be holding my breath.

Pleasant

The location was perfect, the staff were lovely and the room was fabulous.

The shower leaked and the bed was very uncomfortable. House keeping could have been more regular. Our towels were only changed once over the week.

Nice view and comfy mostly

The beds are really comfortable and perfect size.

I can see the room was clean, however there was a tiny piece glass hiding inside the carpet, it looks like from beer bottle. my kids were lucky they didnt get any cut when they crawled around the room. I was the one unlucky got cut by it, thats how we found it!

restful and enjoyable.

This is our 3rd stay and we always love it. Awesome staff always ready to help. cleaners do a great job. Love that we can walk to all services. love the local shopping.
