Recommended!

Staff very friendly and helpfull especially Staff named Akmal, he always doing the best for us to make us more comfortable to stay there.. Akmal have a good personality and he also can be an example to other staff.. Not forget Sheilin, also very helpfull and always smile to us, will gonna miss both of them ;) Insha-Allah will stay there again once we have time

The detail in the internet not same with the reality.. Mean, I booked Executive Suite and the detail showed that in that room have bath tub, but when we arrived there, there is no bath tub! Feel dissapointed but it's ok, as long as the room was clean and comfortable to stay!

Awesome stay

This is my second stay here. The staff is awesome, especially Akmal at the front desk, and the cleaning team is friendly. The price is affordable, and it's conveniently located in the city center. There's a variety of halal food nearby. I'll definitely stay again!

The hotel do not provide any parking space and no swimming pool. Need to park outside but no too bad to find the parking.

Very good

I like that the room was clean and no cigarette smoke smell. Comfortable beds.

I find the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim and make me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Meritin Hotel offers a fantastic location,

From my experience, Meritin Hotel offers a fantastic location, clean rooms, and great staff service. Its proximity to the city center makes it super convenient to get around. The rooms are kept really clean, which is a big plus.

However, there are a couple of things worth noting. The lack of parking facilities is a downside, especially when you have to rely on paid parking in the back alley. Also, the rooms are a bit cramped for three people; a larger room would be much more comfortable. With some improvements, like sorting out the parking situation and maybe offering more spacious rooms, this hotel could easily become a top choice for visitors.

Superb Friendly staff- Mr Akmal (front desk) Strategy location of Foods. ( Song Theng Hai Hawker centre opposite location walking distance) Elderly friendly facility not many stairs cases many sitting areas available while waiting. Heritage location to see all nostalgic places with old memories (parents and grandparents) frame gallery to explore . memorable stay!!!!

Superb

Worth the money.

The location was central. We arrived at night and only stayed one night but it set the expectation quite high for hotel in the city. Hot water heater was working and sheets and towels were clean. Staff were polite, warm and friendly.

Only stayed one night. Nothing to complain.
