We have a great time staying at the apartment during our stay. Surely will be back again in the future.

Throughout our stay we were not given any new towels every day. The towel and pillow case look yellowish too but we still use it anyway. The staff should be more friendly and since this is our first time to the hotel they should inform us properly where the apartment and cafe is. I hope the management will look into the areas as this shows the name and brand your carrying in every of your hotels.

Location was good. Food court nearby. Room was big, enough space for my XL,L and M size luggage even with it wide open.

Cleanliness of the toilet/bathroom quite poor. Sink top n tape water not clean n wipe, mirror got water dot not clean properly. The floor drain hole maybe blocked, everytime showering the water will overflow to toilet area. The small bedside table should fix it properly, not using double sided tape to hold onto the wall..it just waiting time to fall down n break. Lastly, please install your door's latch. Every hotel should have this. The door knob there's screws about to fall off and loose. Luckily I brought along my travel safety lock for extra safety.

First time staying in this hotel, will consider staying again if aircon could be improved

Easy check in, secure as only access is given to floor that you are staying, clean and big room

Aircon is very noisy even after we change room from single bed to twin bed. Very near vicinity of Timberland, ambulance siren late at night.

Room is clean and facilities in the rooms is good and working. Staff is friendly and helpful

Room key given blank key upon check in we have to find reception,and they have cancel the room key before check out date. Housekeeping not clean all the room,and rubish not clean
