Disappointing

Disappointing in everything

The room was not heated at all and it was quite cold as we are in December. The buttons were not working at all. No way to contact the room service because the phone was not working plus it was not even the right phone ( other room number on it) The bath temperature could not go below the hot part and we had to wait the whole night for the bath with water in it to get cold and finally enjoy one. The room was so loud with the hotel noise + the elevator noises all over the night, it was so uncomfortable. For a +100 a night, you would expect more. It is not because you have a spa that you have to neglect the room services.

Disappointing

Easy to find, good location, nice and clean but we were clearly told the spa was open for 1 hr ??

We didnt have breakfast. The location is good. Its a pity the hotel website advises there is a discount available at a nearby car park without making it clear you had to go to the hotel to register first.

The sink was totally blocked in the bathroom. By the time we realised it was bed time but someone must have been aware of this. The room was noisy probably extraction fans

Nice some heater issues

The hotel is right in centre of Sheffield and it was fantastic the restaurant and bar scene is very nice the staff is very nice rooms were large and roomy but was also quiet Heating was not comfortable so possibly change that

Heating and stairs were not acceptable

Good other than the above !!

The mattress on my wifes bed was uncomfortable and springs broken clearly. We spoke to reception and they added a mattress protector but this did not resolve the issue. We tried turning mattress over and around but still no better. This was our only issue and dissatisfaction of our stay.
