Nice hotel, shame about the lack of vegetarian food

The room, the space for sitting downstairs, the breakfast.

Lack of vegetarian food, all that was offered was a buffet 5 times a week, four courses. No vegetarian main at all, which for the mercure was very disappointing. We had the first night, but I still had to pay the full price, when no vegetarian offered. We had to eat out every night.

The location was far away from the central of the city, also you have to ask for the dental, and shaving kits instead of being in the room.

Disappointing

Last time to stay at this hotel i dont recommend it only for students or business delegates.

The staff only were nice. but not helpful

The room amenities weren't good. the room was dirty and i asked for deep cleaning, they didn't do it. the dirt was under the bed and in the corners, the curtain and the heater covered with dust. the hotel location is far from the city the only available transportation was a taxi. the car parking fee was high.

Excellent hotel but not ideal if you want to be in the city centre.. parking is also pricey for out of centre parking 2

Lovely hotel, perfect for a short stay.

The welcome lobby of the hotel had a lovely ambience and we were greeted by delightful staff. Our room was on the top floor, and was clean, quiet and comfortable. The artwork around the hotel was interesting and the check out process was easy.

We had minor issues with the shower and the TV not working correctly but these did not hamper our stay. We did not mention either issue to the hotel staff. The location is not the most convenient when not travelling by car but the metro service was sufficient.
