The staff at the reception is very welcoming and ready to help. The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel itself is very modern yet very cozy. The breakfast is delicious, and the room where it's served is decorated very nicely. We really appreciated that cake is offered every evening, and coffee is available for free throughout the day.

Noise can travel quite a nit throughout the building, so it's a good idea to bring earplugs.

I just lowed what I got for the price. Th room was big. Location brilliant. Clean and comfortable.

I found it a little irritating having to decide in the evening when I would eat my breakfast. we had to skip one breakfast because we woke up earlier than we planed. But the breakfast we had was really nice.

The staff is incredibly nice and the tea time is an excellent idea. The atmosphere is very cozy, it deffinitely feels like home. Location is great and the hotel is very clean. Overall great vale for money.

Everything about Memoria Porto was excellent. The staff was welcoming and very helpful, making excellent recommendations on dining and the city. If we return to Porto, we will stay at Memoria Porto.

The ride-sharing drop off and pick-up could have been better. Memoria Porto had no control over this and it wasn't horrible, just needs improvement by the ride-sharing companies.
