Superb

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable

We booked with booking .com and because of this we had to pay for the car park. We were not told this until we arrived

Great value for money, lovely room, great location, friendly staff

The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The room was large, wonderful view and a balcony. Beds were arranged as we wanted. Enjoyed the bar, loved the room.

Christmas weekend away

Great location to the seafront just a short walk. Very Festive on arrival and the staff where friendly. The room was very spacious.

The facilities where a bit tired. Kettle in the room was old and had some limescale , a small worry as was formula feeding our baby and had to use the kettle. The Bathroom could use some updating. Paid 5 extra for a baby cot, mattress did not fit the cot (was too large) which concerned me about safe sleeping as it rolled up at the ends. I feel the cot should be free of charge also. Also to be aware that if booking via booking.com then there is an additional 15 parking charge on arrival.

Very nice, as guests are made to feel VERY welcome !!!

Breakfast was great, but the real bonus was the staff, there are always plenty on duty and they are all so so helpful and friendly, GREAT !!!!

No correct time shown in room and no indications how to operate the shower, could b dangerous as water VERY hot !!!

I would stay here again! Its a beautiful hotel and very friendly.

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our hotel room was lovely with a balcony with a sea view! Very close to the sea and city centre. I was on my own with my 2 children and I felt very safe and comfortable here which is very important to me.

Bath water was slightly tinted green, so we didnt have a wash. I mentioned this to reception in the morning and they offered to show us shower rooms that are available. They reported the bath water to the maintenance team.

Very nice hotel, great friendly staff.

The Staff and the location.

The only criticism is that they could have had an extra person in the bar as it took 10 mins to get a latte whilst the bar was getting very busy.

Really enjoyable evening

Clean, presentable. Loved the mix of the old and new. Even though there were Christmas parties on going, staff were still amazingly friendly and helpful. Gentleman on the reception was brilliant.
