Exceptional

It was great!

The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and even bacon! The hotel was very clean. The check in and out process was extremely easy.

The location was the only thing for me because it is more downtown and when we come to Columbus it is to go to the Polaris mall. It is only about 15 minutes away though. There isn't really anything to do around the hotel.

Very good

Would stay here again, was very clean and staff was very professional and nice.

Liked that the room was clean and comfortable.

With the room we were first assigned, the TV did not work. Maintenance staff tried to fix the problem, however they were unable to fix it. We were moved to another room promptly.

Bad

I had a stressful few days because of the payment. They charged full amount also with the deposit. Few days later they started charging newly again and again. Not from first holding payment. They charged more then twice as much as i supposed to pay.

The room was great but the front desk host was unprofessional and we were placed in a room that was very noisy due to it

Modern design and amenities.

When we arrived, the front desk host was on the phone and didnt acknowledge us while we were waiting for more than 10 minutes. Then, we were put in a room beside the 24-hour fitness center and people were leaving late in the night and talking very loudly, making it very hard to sleep.

Conveniently located close to Ohio stadium, THE place to stay when going to events.

By far the nicest hotel in the area, worth the cost. Front desk staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was really nice.
