The shower drained into the middle of the bathroom. Didnt like that, our feet got wet every time we entered the bathroom

Location was great for the event that we came to participate in.

The cost of parking was a surprise, I expected a small fee but 43.00 for the night on top of room rate wasn't expected.

I would have booked elsewhere if I had known the state of the rooms for the price paid

Location was central but not much around it. Staff and restaurant were very good. Having the shop was useful Being in the same hotel as the conference

It was run down and looked tired particularly in the rooms for the price paid and its 4 star rating There was much in the room - not even a shower cap provided

Overall very happy

Very clean and very comfortable

Only thing that would of been nice is regular room service/ check up, we stayed for 6 nights and only got our beds made once. We had to ask for new towels before this.

The staff was exceptional at locating our reservation. One lady went upon and beyond after her colleague refused to look deeper into the situation seeing I had my confirmation number.

Clean but chaotic

Rooms were clean!

Check in was suppose to be 4 pm. I had to check on status four different times and was finally told I was able to check in after I checked status at 6:30 pm. (No call or text like I was told I'd recieve) My "where my name on the list" to check in was inconsistent each time I checked status. I understand Two sold out nights for a concert but that's not my concern as a patron. We was forced to get ready for our evening in a lobby bathroom.
