DO NOT BOOK until the information is correct! Poor Experience!

Friendliness of the host family!

Major problem is it's a non refundable booking with very little booking information. Booking page doesn't illustrate they only have veg food as an option, limited preorder facility for food, no beverages other than tea coffee, access to homestay crossing elevated rail track is utterly tricky; no view, no balcony, no terrace. You don't get what you see in the booking page. The whole impression is somehow grossly wrong. Just disappointed ! The host needs to understand that hospitality doesn't depend only on good behaviour. It's all about professional services.

Very poor experience overall. Misinformed in booking.com. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Clean and calm environment with a friendly host family.

Access to Homestay is difficult through rail crossing ; Rooms are cold, spent uncomfortable nights; no ventilation in toilets; no adequate toiletries and consumables; very poor breakfast; only vegetarian food for lunch and dinner ( not mentioned in booking page) ; have to order by afternoon; simply hosts are nice but absolutely not equipped for hospitality services. Very careless attitude, although very friendly.

The hosts were incredible. They were very friendly and kept the property clean. They were also accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well-kept. Also, it is an excellent location, near the city, but away from the hustle and bustle.

The best part of the home stay is the hosts. Their warmth comes through from the moment you meet them. The home is cozy and comfortable. Food is sumptuous and the location is superb.
