The owner was very accommodating.

The owner was very accommodating. She even made sure that Ill be safe upon my arrival. She asked for the full details of the grab car. The room was clean and the AC works well. There was 4 large bottles of drinking water provided for the whole 3 nights. Thanks to the owner. I will recommend the property to my family and friends.

Near Airport, friendly staff, need a footpath to avoid accidents, need fresh air in room as it stink

Might be high rated by others. However, broken footpaths put at high-risk clients, smell in room is quite strong Local council must asset if property is suitable for customers accommodation I will reject based on safety . Sorry, my mom told me to say the true always.

Quite friendly property owner In addition, I used my Spanish. Very close to all facilities. Sequirity guard in the street, who are quite amazing. Near to Airport which a super plus when travelling in out MANILA airport terminal 1

The room was very spacious, and the internet connection was stable. For someone who works during my travels, these two are very important.

The toilet's bidet got broken. Thankfully, the host was very fast in addressing my concern.

Convenient place to stay close Airport

Close to the airport restaurants and mini markets, the owner is very kind and helpful. New A\C so no noise at night.

Maybe is temporal but at 7am next to the property is a lot of noise from construction or machinery if you are a early bird is ok but to relax late use noise blockers in your ears.
