Amazing stay thanks to the most wonderful staff

Absolutely everything was perfect! Amazing staff, the best service I ever experienced so far. I got a free upgrade upon checking with more amnesties and it was simply amazing. I can only recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again in the future.

As a member i can say that my stay with Marriott - over-a ll was good.

The staff were friendly upon checking in and assisted me upon my request.

Paid 14K fort eh room but the amenities like spoon was not incuded in the room for use while stirring coffee. Just 2 pieces of stick ? Also, it weas very hard for to book . calling numbers for reservation was very hard.

Very good

We needed a room near the airport and this was exactly what we got. It was a 5 minute walk from Terminal 3 and they arranged a taxi for us to get to terminal 2 in the morning. The room was very comfortable and a good size.

It is generally ok except I have to walk a long way to and from the venue of our event.

It is hosting an event we are attending

Our room is far from the main ballroom. We asked for a room in the west wing the receptionist says only function rooms are there but later we found out from the organizer that they were able to book their rooms in the west wing near the ballroom. I am a PWD that is why I requested for one but was not accommodated.
