Very good

It was very clean and we were accomodated. It helped having a couple appliances.

Passable

The location was good, not a long walk to Clifton Hill at all. It was also quiet, both inside the hotel and out. It was very clean and the staff were super friendly. I also like that there was a pizza shop connected to the hotel for a late night bite.

There is no ice machine, except for a countertop one that the front desk clerk has to start for you and it takes a long time to get any ice. I was also expecting under glow lights on the beds and was disappointed when our room didnt have any.

I love that the place is in a great location for my stay. The owners and staff are so pleasant. They are kind and respectful. They also remembered who I was from the last time I stayed with them even tho it was weeks apart and not long in between, It still shows great customer service and makes you feel welcomed. I will stay here almost every time I visit Niagara and have recommended it to others!

Overall, the stay was great. The bus stop is in front. The location is well. Restaurant for halal food is attached. Room service is so much appreciated . Less pricy. Clean hotel. Highly highly recommend this location.

The hotel main entrance was accessible by card, so we had to scan the card twice to enter our room. May be for extra security reasons

Budget Stay

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfy. The location is good and I appreciate the free parking. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a lower budget offering.

There were some basic things that were lacking. My husband and I entered our room, and it was freezing. The room heated up, but the temp control on the heater didn't work. The room was either too hot or cold. There was no hot water at the bathroom basin. The shower head was so low, thank goodness my husband and I are short.
