Superb

Simple and worth the bucks you pay for

Limited food option but the food was tasty and price was a lot cheaper than what you would pay at a top resort in Bintan. Beach is nice. Overall I feel it's a budget quick getaway option for those who like to spend less on rooms.

Room was smaller, but can't complain as that's what I paid for. Wish they had bigger rooms as it'd be helpful if we wish to just spend time in the room in case of rain.

Very good

Great getaway to relax at a beach

The beach is beautiful and the resort has several inhouse activities for all. E.g cycling, pool table, table tennis and swimming. As it's a beach resort the area there is a water point outside yr hut/room to wash your sandy feet.

Breakfast was simple. Fried rice or noodles every morning and it was not hot.

I would say I find it a place for relaxing and been away from the city.

The seaside environment and the designs are nice.

1. Both the sink and shower drainage that gets choked up with water and the discharges. 2. Toilet bowl should be more thoroughly cleanse then leaving a yellowish stains. This is simple hygiene considering we have gone through COVID 19. 3. The breakfast and seafood meals should be improved and get a better chef. Even a simple egg Spanish omelette is not done well. 4. An adult swimming pool would nice.

Good. But the food variety for breakfast was very limited. The toilet always had a smell even though housekeeping cleaned it.not sure what that was. Other than that the staff and cleanliness was good enough. Good for family and making.memories. Peaceful atmosphere

Friendly staff, reasonably priced, away from populated places

Reasonably priced with a decent variety in breakfast. The restaurant menu has some good variety of seafoods. They are all fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and quick to respond on WhatsApp. The resort is away from the touristy Bintan Resorts in the north, so there is very little crowd. We walked up north about 500 m and had the beach completely to ourselves. If you walk South along the road for about 1 km, there is a small village and a shop where you can get basic essentials in case you need. The taxi ride both during the day and night was amazing. Hardly any traffic.

Superb

A great value to enjoy a beautiful nature getaway.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved using the kayaks to enjoy the water and enjoyed the beaches, karaoke, and breakfast. The bungalows we stayed at were clean and air condition worked great. Overall we had a great experience.

The location is a bit far from other attractions on the island, but the hotel was able to arrange for a driver for my friends and I for the day so we could enjoy other sights.

Very good

Fantastic no frills resort.Beautiful people beautiful beach will come again

breakfast was great, about six or seven choices mainly Indonesian dishes which were delicious.We were a family of 7 travelling with our daughter son in law my brother and grandkids .The location is fantastic a little off the grid but the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.Dinner had about seven or eight choices including rice noodles local lobster prawns and fish which we dined on each night.The staff were fantastic from our car driver from the ferry to the waiting staff always a smile on their face

Thought there could have been a couple of western dishes for breakfast and dinner but overall we had a fantastic experience The rooms are not serviced daily normally every second day but if you require water toilet paper or towels you only had to ask and it was supplied
