Disappointing

Good for stay close to the central station and to move quiclky if you go only a few days to Milan.

The location was close to the central station and lots of restaurants

They didnt have the room clean enough and we couldnt use the coffee machine nor tea pot. Neither the cups to make coffee.

Superb

Everything made our trip even better and relaxed!!

Very clean and cozy! We went on winter and the heat was always on. The water was also warm all the time! The personnel was very polite and friendly!! Francesko helped as a lot (he is truly the best ). There was also breakfast included in the price, which was served at out room at the time we preferred! The location was very close to the central station by foot (around 5-7 min).

What a great place situated in an excellent area. Very close to the Milan Centrale station and there were heaps of bars and restaurants close by. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and we had booked 3 rooms for 2 couples and a single person. Good water pressure and hot water for showers. Coffee pod machine and kettle with tea, sugar and long life milk in each room and we had 2 bottles of water included in the stay. Breakfast was delivered to our room at a time set by us and was a good selection. Will definitely stay here again. Located in a very secure building and there was a lift available.

Exceptional

Location, cleanliness. We were lucky that the room was ready earlier than stated and we got notification from the location, this way we avoided having lunch with bags and could drop them into the room. Breakfast was a croissant, juice, different jams, yoghurt and toast with cookies. That was a great day starter. Some advice: if you got a room with numbers and you enter and see letters around - that means you should go one floor up :D

Seals in the shower could be renewed. Other than that - all good.

Breakfast is not a proper breakfast just a snack that is served to your door every morning. Even though it was advertised as a free upgrade king bed I was charged 50 more for it. And there were 2 twin beds put together which were moving when sitting in the middle. For 200 per night we had higher expectations.

Very good location very close to Central Station, a very comfortable stay.

Everything went well, the Manager Flavia was exceptionally efficient and helpful.

Maybe the bathroom could have a little more storage space.

Lovely air BnB. Would definitely return and recommend.

Ease of access. The management communicated clearly and sent room code the day before our arrival. Close to train station and lovely restaurants nearby. Had a bidet! Room was good size for two people. Breakfast served in our room. Lovely selections for breakfast. Many towels in various sizes provided. Desk, fridge and safe in room. Nespresso machine and kettle provided. Mini bar items provided. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast served. French door windows that looked upon the main street. Electric shutters.

Shower is a bit small. No drawers. Cabinet that had fridge was hard to open because the shelf inside was broken under the weight of the fridge.
