i hate this hotel I paid an advance from booking.com they charged again by saying they have not received payment.

they are scammers and they will charge you at the hotel even if you payed in advance from booking.com

A breath from everything

The location was perfect, very convenient in everything. The staff was very useful, it had reception in the morning,the money that we gave it was very nice about what we got. We also like sofita, in the morning it had too much sun and you could read and enjoy a coffee

Great atmospheric place & lovely people

Atmospheric place. Rooftop view a bonus. Reception staff wonderfully kind and helpful. Room large and comfortable.

Sharing a bathroom not for me but that was the sole remaining room.

Very good

Amazing view of sunrise from the rooftop while enjoying the free coffee for breakfast. Great location. Walkable to everything. Staff were very friendly. Room was big. Beds were comfortable..

No lift to the floor, so we had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs. This is on their website so we were prepared. But it was hard with a baby and pram in tow. Rooms have a slant as buildings are very old in the city, so took a bit of getting used to. Showers did not seem to stay hot. Had issue with the TV, but staff came quickly to help. No breakfast available at the property. Found everything quite expensive nearby, same as most of Europe.

Fantastic location, beautiful room

The room design and size. Welcoming staff and breakfast room where they offered coffee. The location was superb.

Walking up the stairs with luggage but in Venice you dont have much option for that.
