This is a relatively smaller hotel in comparison with the nearby hotels but offers the basic entertainments

Half of the facilities were closed over the Xmas. The hotel sent me a message a week before our trip to pay a % of our payment, totally against the booking.com policy (we booked with a free cancellation policy).And on arrival day, they misinformed my family about the payment and told them if they want to wait for us to come and pay, they will lose their rooms, again, against the rules b/c the hotel must keep the rooms till the end of the booked day. This hotel doesn't follow the booking.com rules, making the trip unnecessary stressful especially if you travel with a big group coming from different places. We will never go back there.

Amazing stay, loved every minutes of it, staff is friendly, attentive and wonderful, the resort is beautiful!

Loved the service, friendly staff, great food options!

The room was a little hot and it was a bit noisy with some construction outside, we were on the side where the main restaurant is.

An amazing family destination

The food was absolutely amazing - there was something for everyone and it tasted like homemade. There was a variety to choose from and everything was halal! The pools were also very nice - lovely that they were heated. And the staff were mostly friendly.

The view from our room was a construction sight, so could've been better. But I guess that's because we were at the back of the hotel.
