Great location, room vents were off putting over the bed.

Great central location, room was clean and comfortable. Despite being in a busy part of the centre the windows were very soundproof so could not hear any noise from outside.

There was a huge air conditioning duct right above our heads with open grills and that made a bit of noise and was a little unnerving to have it so close to our heads. Needed the earplugs to drown out the noise from the air vents.

Best hotel in Sheffield-great staff.

The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Always a friendly face on reception. The only hotel I will stay in when in Sheffield.

Superb

A very comfortable and welcoming city centre stay

Very central and close to tram stop. Lovely clean and large rooms. Great breakfast.

No issues really. The property did highlight the issue of noise from nearby bars before we arrived and offered us the chance to select a quieter room. We didnt take up the offer but would do so next time.

Warm and friendly staff in a quirky environment

Quirky and cosy rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Room was far too warm. Had to wait for a while in the bar to order food.

Delightful, comfortable, perfect location, best breakfast!

Great breakfast, well presented, well cooked and a good balance. Great poached egg too! The dining room is lovely too.

The leather on the headboard is coming away. I think luxury hotels should keep on top of wear and tear! Work with Zizzis and Wagamanas to offer a discount for guests.

Bar staff, an effort to serve you, no personality, no atmosphere in the bar area, although I do understand it was a Sunday night, felt like they were doing me a favour by serving me.
