Clean, comfortable, kind/helpful staff and great location!

As soon as we walked into the hotel we were greeted by the kind staff eager to help us check in. We were early but they had rooms available and let us check in. The room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable (standard twin room). It had everything we needed, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Coffee and a variety of tea. A large TV and a hair dryer. The hotel kept our bags after check out as we went out exploring. Overall we had a fantastic stay and I would 100% recommend. Great location just a 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants at Quayside.

Hotel lovely and clean in a super location central to everything required, staff were outstanding

The property was in a great location and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly

I was there for four nights and my room wasnt cleaned, I had to ask reception for clean towels and more toilet roll

Very good

I like the location and the room

I did not like the shower. It is an old shower and the water comes with a great force making it difficult to bath peacefully. Besides the force of water cannot be controlled as only cold water comes at low force.

An enjoyable experience, would definitely return.

A very spacious and clean hotel, looks great as soon as you walk in. Welcomed by Brian on arrival, a very friendly, approachable and helpful guy, even sorted breakfast for us!

The location The Staff The Room The Breakfast The Chamber maids were very friendly and helpful Bar Staff were lovely . We couldn't fault anything It was the best New year's eve we've had in a Hotel and most certainly be back Happy New year to All .
