The Leonardo Hotel Hamburg Altona is highly recommended for its great rooms, comfortable and clean facilities, and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but easily accessible by (Read More)public transport. The gym is nice and clean, and the lifts have cool lights. The breakfast has a variety of selections and the surrounding area has nice restaurants. Overall, guests had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel.

The street was not clean in front of the hotel. A very light smell of moisture/humidity was present in the room

Really nice

The hotel facilities are quite nice, and the room is beautiful and clean. It is also really friendly to dogs. The sound separation is good. Really nice experience!

Lovely staff, nice little bar to hang out in the evening. Room was nice and clean, reasonable size (certainly for the price)

Lovely time in Hamburg - hotel geared up for business people - receptionist not willing to sort problem out

Modern clean property Good breakfast

Booked twin room (2 single beds) were given a bed with two singles beds more like a double and which couldnt be separated. Room very small Spoke to reception and was advised that as there were individual single duvets this was a twin room !! No offer of an alternative just felt like I had to put up with it. Complained to booking.con who gave a voucher. On departing from hotel same receptionist asked how our stay as and I advised her re the twin room and she said that I should book a bigger room ! In the evening shortage of staff and only seemed to be one member of staff running the bar and restaurant and was running around like a headless chicken
