This Larkspur Landing Folsom-An All-Suite Hotel is conveniently located near Cal Expo and the Arden Fair neighborhood. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and spacious, with a fully-stocked kitche (Read More)nette. The breakfast selection is decent. Some minor issues were encountered, such as a noisy fridge and a tripped fire alarm, but they were quickly resolved. There are nearby restaurants and attractions, and the hotel offers a comfortable stay with amenities like a comfortable bed, large desk, and access to Forensic Files TV channel.

We would stay here again when in the area.
Room was nice and big enough for two. The accommodations in the room were good. The breakfast in the morning was just right amount of variety.
Walls could have been thicker.

Great living room and helpful kitchenette, and very attentive staff.
Nice suite, with a separate living room area, with a kitchenette. Great to have a space to sit in. The kitchenette was extremely helpful as well. Breakfast was pretty good with some frozen breakfast choices (like egg burritos) available upon request. The staff was very attentive and responsive.
The room was dated with some fixtures needing replacement. We were informed that there would be a charge for parking but, since the change had just been instituted after we initially reserved, they waived the parking fee. Just surprising that they would charge a parking fee to park in what is essentially a strip mall parking lot.

Staff was good and location was good.
The staff was great very helpful and pleasant. The first room I had gotten stunk like wet dog and carpet shampoo. The staff quickly gave us a different room.
The fact that you had to pay $10 to park and it wasnt even a private parking lot was absolutely ridiculous.

Thankfully, the manager understood the issue and refunded our money.
Located in Folsom outlets
It is a pet friendly hotel, and it smelled of smoke and pet urine when we went into the room.
