All the facilities are really good. Room is clean.

The staff are really bad. Had a bad experience with Arnold the night receptionist. Other than that one person that made my experience bad everything else is really good. Management should really look into how it is maintained in the night as well as if the staff is capable to handle

A hotel in a perfect location with decent amenities and lots of potential

Location, Food, courteousness of staff.

Cleanliness ( Rooms and bathrooms are full of spider webs) Maintenance & safety ( an access to elevator shaft or similar from room only with a door similar to room cupboard door without any proper marking or lock). Booked 3 rooms but only 1 room was reserved, after so much of deliberation and wasting 30 minutes of both parties they were able to provide rooms as per booking. 1 room upgraded because of lack of availability in the booked class.
