Had the wrong beds and room. Came from long flight. Had to move to another room which took nearly 3 hours. Doors handles broken. No aircon.

Since we arrived the expectations of a 4 star hotel were not met and we paid upfront R64k for the two rooms , breakfast

Old and poorly maintained , my wife has a back pain on the waists she says the beds are too hard similar to what she experienced when she visited China a few years ago

I excepted more for what we paid but can't complain about your staff' friendliness

Friendly staff, room service menu was well prepared and tasted good and well presented!

Of the 7 nights we stayed there, there wasn't even one morning we could enjoy breakfast that was included in our booking because there was not enough space for everyone. The people where siting in queues outside of the breakfast area. We stayed on the first floor, kids were running, playing and screaming all hours of the day and night and none of the management staff did anything that I am aware off the inform the parents to keep their kids in the rooms or in the play area. On two occasions we were struggling to get towels to our room and had to take showers with the small hand towels. Just a suggestion: please put a small bin next to the toilet for us woman to use.

Awesome holiday at Lagoon Beach Hotel

The hotel is right on the beach and the views are so beautiful especially the sunset.

The only problem was that the apartments don't have aircon nor fans.

large and comfortable rooms and lobby, nice beach, but slow service, boring menus, a far location.

the room was large and airy and was cleaned well daily.

The pool was dirty, it felt they never cleaned it. The service at the bar was quite slow. It took a long time to get coffee at breakfast. The worth possible thing about it though were the travel arrangements which nearly ruined our stayed. A confirmed safari day trip was cancelled on the day and we nearly missed our chance to a safari. The hotel shuttle booking system was quite strange, staff did not seem honest, we were pushed to book travel times and did not suite us for unknown reasons forced on us. The hotel itself is by a beach, but most of the time swimming in the ocean was not safe and there were no life guards. Other than than, the hotel is far from any vicinities, one has to book shuttles from the hotel to get to anywhere, but the shuttles were so unreliable and unavailable.
