A little place to call home

Staff were amazing. Nothing was too hard for them to sort out. They made things seem so effortless. I will definitely be returning because it was just amazing here.

great Place, That inspired us on investing in Capetown

The Location is perfect and next to many amnesties.

I believe, as a 4 start hotel, next to a newly built Marriott, I think the interior of the rooms looks old, an upgrade is definitely needed for the property.

Staff very friendly and helpfull

Toilet flush wasnt working properly. Gave a terrible smell like a public toilet. Televisions were outdated ( not smart) and the dstv reception was awfull. Property was also not upkept to expected standards.

Central in Canal walk area.

The staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked to move rooms. (Aircon was right above our heads in first room and woke up all stuffy and congested) nice that there was dedicated parking.

Th breakfasts left a lot to be desired. Food was very mediocre and basic.

Good place to stay!

The room was amazing! We had a 3-bedroom apartment. very spacious and looked nice. The staff was really nice, and the breakfast was great. Enjoyed our time here and recommend this place!

Just the location central to kit of amenities.

Firstly, these hotel is a rundown, old ,dirty hotel especially by the steps and entrance. Secondly, how can a hotel don't have a back up system or inverter when power goes out knowing fully well the situation and load shedding in the country? Thirdly, the restaurant is dirty, Waiters are not to tell home about talkless of the food was whack. Fourthly, the pictures on the website are so deceiving that when you see in person is so disgusting and worth the price being charged, that every guests has to leave the premises . Lastly, these so called hotel needs a total OVERHAUL, NEW MANAGEMENT, RENOVATIONS, NEW STAFF e.t.c to make it worth booking in the future.
