Really nice 5 star hotel Its super clean and everything is brand new I love the yoga class A great place for family

The photos in the bookings website are misleading I booked a family room but it makes me feel like I am living in a room for disabled people. But speechless and my room doesnt have some sunshine too. I would not pay extra money for this if I dont know this earlier. The breakfast is okay but it can offer more variety, like salad, churros etc. the hot food is disappointing and I can see most of customers dont eat it. Every else is perfectly its a really pretty hotel.

Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the food generally . The property is very spacious and having been recently refurbished is in great order. The yoga and pilates teachers were both of a very high standard so I would thoroughly recommend attending these classes. The staff were all helpful , professional and went about their work with a genuine enthusiasm.

Having stayed at another Hyatt hotel in Majorca during the summer , where all facilities were included in the room cost, I was surprised that there was a charge of 30 euros to use the spa for two hours and 25 euros to play tennis for one hour with average rackets and balls. The gym was well equipped and free to use though.

Cleaning ladies do an excellent job at this hotel - everything was immaculate during our stay. Food quality is excellent. Big parking on site.

They should have more vegetables at the breakfast buffet (ie Cucumbers, Salad, etc.) as well as some Spanish dessert options instead of French/International ptisserie. They charge a 100 deposit per night that's just excessive... That kind of hotel should include some spa activities in the room rates (use of indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, etc.)

Beautiful newly refurbished hotel with great services and facilitiea

Beautiful building with incredible views, new and big rooms, perfect service, big and very tasty meals, great kids club and very good spa circuit and indoor pool.

Spa treatments are super expensive, even in comparison with similar hotels

My favorite hotel in Spain so far.

The baby club opened all year long from 10 am to 18 pm, welcoming babies from 6 months old, the complimentary activities (yoga, wine tasting, music show, etc), the breakfast, the spa facilities, the indoor swimming pool, the super service from all staff at the hotel.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Beautiful Resort , allready at the entrance you feel the relaxation and quietness. Soft colours used in the whole resort, also the staff is dressed in earthtones. It smells great in all areas and even the standard room is spacious with a great rainshower and thick towels from the highest quality. The breakfast was very good and from a high standard, the staff very charming and helpfully. The gardens were great with a great view of the area.we very much liked the Bamboleo Bar, coffee in the morning overlooking the golf area and wine or snacks in the evening. Good pizza!

The marmelade at breakfast was very liquid, that was the only thing.
