Good location, nothing else.

1) Very uncomfortable bed,pillows 2)the hot water was gone, 3) we lived on the second floor, it's like on the street, 4) no sound insulation, everything can be heard from the corridor, 5) the room decoration is terrible, 6) it's difficult to get to the swiming pool, only late at night, because everyone comes from the street, 7) only one door to the toilet and a shower, if you take a shower, the toilet is open. if you poop in the toilet, the whole room stinks because the sliding door doesn't go all the way down. after the shower, the floor is wet in the toilet because everything drips from the sliding door. 8) Not worth the money no quality, no comfort

It was magical and we cant wait to come and stay again!

The rooms were incredible. We stayed in the Leiros Sky room with the private hot tub for our honeymoon. We were glad to see that we got a good discount on the spa treatments due to our room. The discounts seem to depend on the room you are staying in. The food was amazing. I can be a picky eater but everything I tried (even things I would never normally eat or usually dont like) tasted incredible. The service throughout the hotel was very good. We had an issue with the spa who didnt apply our discount properly but was swiftly sorted out by the hotel advice team. The staff members really seemed interested in getting to know us quickly. They were able to remember our drinks/food orders and room number after only meeting us once before. We let them know that we were coming for our honeymoon and they gave us some complementary items, decorated the bath and bed with rose petals and gave us a lovely message that we have kept. They really worked hard to make sure our stay felt special.

There is almost nothing we didnt enjoy. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you book half-board the food is included (starter, main and dessert) but there are no drinks included for dinners. It would have been nice if at least water or soft drinks were included. Either way we had very good experiences at dinner time. One other thing is we were very confused with dinner times as we were told we could go to either the Med restaurant or Arara Restaurant for dinners. But we were only able to go to the Med restaurant twice in the 7 nights we were staying at the hotel as it always was super busy or we were told it was closed. We assumed it was just because they had the BMW Motorrad groups there but we were never told that we wouldnt be able to go to the restaurant even tho they were serving food to what seemed like a private event.

The shuttlebuss is scary. But nothing else. The complete hotel for a nice vacation.

5 Star Hotel Experience

The Hotel is very modern and very clean and presentable and has amazing pools and also DJ playing music during the day and club music and was very cool. The rooms are bright and with a balcony, A/C, and comfortable beds. The service is very good and they are always attentive at the desk and willing to help. I like the hotel and for 5 stars it shows its class and has a very good bar and tfood was good too. If you have a rental car you an get free parking outside and below in the hotel car parking

Finding it was a little hard at first but found it eventually as it's up a steep hill. The hotel is very modern still and the rooms have a sink basin in the room behind the wall and the bath and then a separate shower and toilet behind a once-piece sliding door. I would say privacy is not like a locked door as when having a shower there is no door for the toilet. I was staying one night it did not bother me. The corridors are door numbers are hard to see as very neutral
