Superb

I liked the easy check in, the clean rooms, the great water pressure in the shower, and the free breakfast. The bed linens and towels were soft and comfy as well.

The breakfast menu said there would be biscuits and gravy the day I went, but there was no gravy when I went down. All in all, still grateful for the free breakfast though!

Wont ever stay at that location

Checked in late, staff couldnt tell me where to park she didnt know the building. I parked on one side with the trailer and had to walk to the opposite side to get to the room, then she forgot to program the keys so I had to walk back to the front and leave my family waiting out back outside at 11 at night.

Hotel was pretty nice for the price, customer service need some work

Room was clean and fairly roomy. Bed was comfortable

Toilet was running upon my arrival and room was very warm. Staff was not up to par. Bartender was snippy and seemed irritated. Front desk was on the phone when I was trying to drop off keys in the morning dropping profanities and I stood there, complaining about a difficult customer. I found it incredibly unprofessional. At least she could have put the call on hold and dealt with me before continuing her conversation.
