No facility to charge my Tesla electric vehicle although I was told on the phone that they "thought" there was. Staff not informed properly. You need at least one (or more) designated parking spot and at least an overnight charger, although a FAST one would be better.

The location of our room was great. Parking was good.

When we checked in we asked if there was a pet charge and was told no. Then we were charged $70.00. We stayed here for three days and for the first two days we didn't want or need room service. But third day we wanted fresh towels and our room cleaned but we were told they don't have the staff to freshen up our room and couldn't even bring us towels. We went to front desk and got some towels and toilet paper.

Location,

Cleaning room. I advised twice housekeeping ,front desk, and plug for bathtub We never left the DO NOT DISTRIBUTE SIGN out.. I had to get towels, toilet paper, and a kleenex box..
