Disappointing

We wont return there and wont recommend it. There were three other hotels within the same block

Great location

Was supposed to be dog friendly. Staff was rude and very judgmental from registration through out the entire stay. Intake clerk said Oh we are changing that. Onsite breakfast was cold and usually empty even at 7am. I accidentally spilled a little syrup and tried to wipe it up but the was no cloth. I tried napkins but of course it made it worse. Before I could request help from the girl who was supposed to be monitoring the area she came out and said. Oh My God, I cant believe this!

Fairfield rooms are worth the price. Staff have always been at exceptional standards. I forgot luggage, and they reached out to me before I realized it was missing.

Fairfield's needs a spa, or hot tubs. It's the only thing missing

Relatively good value for a clean, simple stay near the hospital

This is 4 minutes from Kaiser Permanente Fresno, so a very convenient location for me Staff was super accommodating and helped me store my bike for a few hours after I checked out so that I didn't have to risk leaving it on my car. Clean rooms and breakfast provided.

Shower pressure was nonexistent - practically a drip. It's under construction. The area isn't unsafe, persay, but near a busy road that can be a tad shady.

Disappointing

Nice clean room,

REnovations going on so hotel windows were dirty. However, the most disappointing part was that the hotel staff were very non-attentive. When I asked them to help book me a taxi to the airport they responded that this isn't something they can help with! As an international traveller I felt this was really unhelpful. I couldn't get the phone in the room to work for an external call so had to use my UK mobile and find the taxi myself. Having travelled extensively in the US this is the first time that a hotel has refused to help with airport transfers. I won't be staying again.

Overall , the hotel is good, but please avoid until its renovation is complete

Room was nice and clean with all basic amenities

The hotel is going through renovation and that created an unpleasant stay for us (with kids) as the breakfast options were limited and not good

We will definitely stay here again!!! Easy access to the freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Originally booked at the other La Quinta-could not find it!!!! So much construction-found this La Quinta and they took us in and gave us an even better rate. So grateful!!!!!

Superb

Three people and our pet enjoyed our stay at the La Quinta in Fresno. The Queen suit was a good size

Showers were great and the rooms were very comfortable. We liked the fact that our dog, a Beagle-Bassett mix, could stay with us an additional fee. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was continental. Overall we stayed two nights and were very happy with our time there.

The remodel on the first two floor made it tricky to park in the lot as the workmen had materials and machinery there. We knew about the remodel before we stayed so it was expected and not really much of an inconvenience.

Nothing- it was dirty and under construction

The whole place was dirty, they were doing construction and this was not disclosed when I booked it. They charged me twice once from booking.com and once when I arrived. The room was dirty hair in the shower.
