Spacious modern hotel in the heart of Venice with lots of added extras!

It is in a great location literally a few minutes walk from the Rialto bridge. The hotel comes with lots of nice extras like coffee, cake, water machine and even a bottle of Prosecco included in the room! Along with a very spacious room you also have access to a roof terrace with great views. Check in was easy and friendly so no complaints there too.

Whilst the hotel is very clean generally, in our bathroom there was a tiny bit of dust in the cups on the bathroom shelf - minor thing though really.

Maurizio is a very warm host and really cares that his guests have a good experience. The apartment had everything we needed, and as others have said, the food and drinks that are available for guests are a very welcome addition

An ideal location in beautiful Venice with a unique rooftop deck.

The location was wonderful, easy to walk from the apartment everywhere. The rooftop deck was wonderful and the way that we were treated by the hosts was lovely. The place was incredibly clean and inviting

We loved everything about it.... since we were physically able to go up and down the stairs. It would be tricky for people with mobility issues.

The room was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The communal areas were inviting and clean and the roof terrace was amazing. A bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch

Bedside lights didnt really give off any light at all, the bathroom or bedroom lacked shelving to put toiletries or cosmetic items on.

Perfect

Great location and the whole suite had a high end feel and spacious with a private balcony in addition to the shared roof terrace. The bed was super comfortable and our room was cleaned daily. The owner left us a bottle of prosecco and was super welcoming and helpful on arrival. There is a kitchen area to refil water and make hot drinks etc which was a great addition.

The rooftop was great, the host was very accommodating, and the coffee options kept us happy. The stay was close to many lively areas.

Awesome hideaway

Location, fabulous vibe, great kitchen area (with cake!). And the roof terrace! Maurizio fabulous, even helped us with the luggage down the wild stairs.

The only thing that could have been better was if the luggage carrier was working, those steps are ferocious!
