Liked the hotel, but not sure if we will stay there again because of the dogs and the undisclosed

The restaurant was excellent. However we had booked an igloo online and what was offered for $75.00 per person was not what the web site said. We left. We appreciated the valet parking.

The night we arrived there was a dig that barked on our floor from 8:00 PM - after 10:00. Digs should never be allowed. A service fee was added daily to check the room, which basically meant bringing clean towels, not even taking away dirty ones and making the bed. Never have I been charged an undisclosed fee for this service.

The place is very nice looking but not very clean

The amenities were great

The carpet in the room was filthy. Its apparent its never been cleaned. The shower was not clean. It had visible marks that could have easily been removed with even one wipe down. The shower door gap makes it so that the bathroom floor is completely soaked after a shower

We loved the hotel. We didnt appreciate that we had to go to the front desk 4 times to get new keys

Didnt eat at the restaurant

No pancakes on the menu :( We didnt eat at the restaurant or the bar because the Staff at the bar and restaurant were not friendly at all and can use classes on proper customer service
