Not a great experience.

The location was great, right off the highway . The room was spacious and comfortable.

We chose this hotel over others even though it was more expensive because it has an onsite restaurant. The restaurant was closed all New Years eve and day so we still had to go and find dinner elsewhere. There was no hot water! And no one on staff but front desk lady who was apologetic but unable to fix the problem.

We had a great time and the service was excellent making our stay one to remember.

The breakfast is always excellent and the choices are great. They start early and the coffee was not bad either. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with the information we requested.

There was really nothing we didn't like perse. The desk person was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in a little early so we also appreciated that. the ice was cold and the water was hot so everything was all good.

This hotel nice but others offer more with same quality.

Property was nice and good location. Furnishings were fine. Nice restaurant. Fitness center good but indoor pool not available.

Noisy in elevator room location of our room. No complementary breakfast for Booking App. Others in hotel received comp breakfast.

Staff was very helpful. We had been coming from another booking.com hotel that was terrrible and changing hotels. The Double Tree was helpful and expedient.

Would Stay Again

The property was in a nice location, clean and conveniently located right off the highway. I would stay again.

One of the staff members were rude but luckily her colleagues amazing customer service blurred out her poor customer service.

Exceptional

It was a nice place to come home to.

I loved everything about the property. We were there for a funeral on Friday night and Saturday morning. Both locations, although they were in two different directions, were both about 10 minutes from the hotel. I didnt know, but bc I love DoubleTree, I took the chance.

The only thing that I didnt like was the type of luggage carts they had. They looked like something that is used in warehouses. It was not anything Ive seen in hotels before. It didnt look family friendly so we just carried our luggage in and out for the stay.
