Nice architecture, nice interior design. Friendly staff at reception

Service and food was more like a 3 star hotel! Service was very inactive on breakfast as well as dinner. For example for dinner with my 60 eur entrecte I got cold French fries

Satisfy but not incredible

Its cosy and nicely done. For someone who wants to play golf its amazing after if I would come and visit Mallorca I would not come into this hotel I believe. Only for golfer and tennis player!

Missing some personnel staff to work. The room service is missing staff as well. Need to be more reactive and ready. Missing personnel at the swimming pool to serve client. Nobody came to ask if we need water or anything. Should be someone always taking care of the client at the swimming pool for such a quality ranking stars

Amazing gym, hard to believe this gym belongs to a hotel. Its more like a massive fitness chain size gym which is great, tennis as part of the compound, clean rooms and nice friendly starf

The food at the restaurants is good but needs more variety.

I only stayed for one night, but the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Staff was very friendly and the facility was beautiful. Overall the hotel is a 10/10.

Incredible hotel with world class amenities in a secluded area

the staff were so friendly and willing to help with anything. The hotel facilities and the grounds were incredible. The gym and pools deserve a special mention they were incomparable to any hotels in the area and even the best luxury hotels in the world. The gym even had a classes timetable and had better gym equipment than some professional gyms The room size and style were perfect and the bathroom was equally as luxurious and spacious. The room also came equipped with a yoga mat, portable speaker, portable zoom in mirror and umbrella and if you needed anything else you could also at reception. The room also had a great TV set up if you wanted to relax in the room. The hotel also has electric bikes, lots of parking and was pet friendly! Breakfast had an option

The food needs to be improved. The pool menu was limited, expensive and not always very good (the rice dish was awful). The Saba restaurant was also very overpriced charging 30 euros for 4 pieces of sushi. Drinking at the hotel was also more expensive than anywhere we found on the island which is not expected. The breakfast food options were again limited with the same selection daily. Overall, the hotel lacked the extra touches to make it 5* eg turn down services & petit fours in the bedroom daily. The cleaning was hit and miss with the common areas eg lift & corridors in need of vacuuming. The pillows in the room were also too thin, it would have been nice if there were pillow options offered. Finally the location of the hotel is not for everyone. There is literally nothing around the resort which means you have to get a taxi when going out as the walk is too long and very hilly. If the food was better you could go out less but because it wasn't good we had to get taxis daily which cost 30-50 euros daily (both ways)

Well designed and maintained hotel! It feels like the whole space was made with taste. The restaurants were surprisingly great. Also the staff is helpful and friendly!

It's really pricey, especially in high season, but I would say it's worth the money

The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained

The restaurant at the pool needs to be larger and have better service with more staff and a better menu. The lunch menu is very limited. The room service menu really needs to be updated and have a proper service.
