Quiet place to escape the noise of big city

Location: near national park, crab market, sailing club, yoga center and public beach

If they make more affordable and versatile restaurant at the area it will be the best place for rest in Kep

it was a good place to stay

on the hill and quiet place. the service is really good. i love the pool. the renovated but small parts are a little bit damage.

The hotel next door make a very noisy sound. they sing Karaoke. in the morning, the hotel next door burn the rubbish which make a bad smell but just 10 minutes it was gone.

Beautiful place in the middle of the nature but can do better

Beautiful quiet place for chill and relax in the middle of the nature. Comfortable bed and great size room. Friendly staff, available for any questions. Outdoor areas well maintained from the staff on a daily basis. Clean Swimming pool available at any time. Private Hammock just outdoor the bungalow. Cambodian jam used for the French breakfast is quite delicious and unique flavour.

Bathroom wasnot fully clean there was some mice poo somehow next to the shower, even though I didn't see any animals. Except the bathroom, windows don't have flyscreens and mosquitoes are frequent in the location due to high humidity. You need to have the windows closed. There is a flyscreens on top of the bed that you can open up, however is dirty and smelly. Shower is not separated in anyway from the toilet and sink, so can get messy. Absent toilet paper hunger. Location a bit far from Kep, unless you don't mind walk, you need some extra money for renting a motorbike or a tuk tuk. Beachchairs broken.

A great place to chill out particularly mid week

Hotel in a wonderful green space close to national park..we stayed in Rambuttan a nigh on perfect room with a sea view. Great pool.

Gets crowded at weekends and can be a little noisy particularly around pool with children. Breakfast fairly basic but I guess overall its a very reasonable price. Be aware you have to pay in cash rather than credit card

Good location, family friendly, spacious but simple rooms.

The location of the hotel is close to the Sailing Club and new beach, and the site was nice and peaceful. I needed 2 double beds and this was one of the only hotels offering that plus a single bed in the same room. We enjoyed the snooker table and ping pong table in the main building.

It's not obvious where the reception is when you arrive, it took us a while to find it. The guy who checked us in, not the owner, called me up to accuse me of not paying after I had to check out earlier than planned. This was despite him asking me to pay in full when I first arrived and taking photos of the transaction. The bathroom was quite dark and there was only one small rail for drying wet things - this was challenging when 4 people have been swimming. The shower was also a dribble after 2 people had showered.

Relaxing remote retreat

Lovely gardens - very green with impressive exotic flowers. Pleasant soundscape with cicadas and birds. Rustic feel. Room had nice big balcony with comfortable hammock. Decent western breakfast with proper French bread. Nice open-sided reception/dining area with pool table and table tennis. Great little pool for a cooling dip.

A bit disorganised - e.g. reception didn't have much information and gave wrong times for buses. No hairdryer in room. No on-site laundry (but shop 5-10 mins down the road did a very good job). Issues with water pressure. The path directly into the National Park is no longer useable so you have to walk 20 minutes around the roads (or get a tuk-tuk). There was a lovely old cat hanging around for the first couple of nights of our stay but they took him away to another hotel.

Wonderful, welcoming staff who were so kind and attentive throughout our stay, hiring out mopeds, suggesting local attractions, booking transport for us, and serving a delicious breakfast each day. While the menu for lunch and dinner was limited, the food they served us was beautifully presented and delicious. We returned from outings to find that housekeeping had left our room immaculate. The pool here is beautiful and clean. We were glad our visas were late coming through, so we had to stay an extra night here! Excellent value for money if you're looking for high quality, peaceful accommodation.

Nothing :) It's useful to know that the lodge is about 1.5kms from the crab market and you can walk there, but hiring a moped is the way to get around Kep, since there isn't really a town centre, and things are quite spread out

The staff are friendly and professional and very accommodating. The pool, billiards table and ping pong table are great fun and in excellent condition. The rooms are clean and spacious. A great stay.

The outdoor areas with so many soothing green palms, plants, birds and flowers. We really enjoyed the clean swimming pool that was both just the right temperature and so relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I do understand that it must be difficult to run a successful business during some challenging and quiet times but, the menu was lacking. Only 3 Khmer main meals, and 3 western meals were possible choices. Breakfast was incredibly small with only 2 western choices. Disappointed with the "breakfast included" option, could do with some generosity and attention to giving a reasonable meal. The eggs, (omelet, fried or scrambled) was served with some bacon the length of a finger. So tiny. The coffee was also disappointing.
