Great stay will be visiting again !

The property was well located. It was very modern and the room was clean and bright. Bernie was very friendly and check in was very straightforward.

Disappointing

No sleep!

Good location. Modern decor. On the whole generally clean, but things like skirting boards, mirror above sink in the bathroom were covered in dust.

The landing on where our room was located smelt of cigarette smoke. When we came back on the night a gentleman in the next room to ours had his door wide open and the TV blaring, we did ask him to turn it down, which he did and closed the door. However all night long there were doors being opened and closed on our landing, which kept us awake. Not sure whether the gentleman on our landing was the caretaker??

Nice place to stay, when in Newcastle

Quite place, relatively large rooms, clean, comfortable.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast availabe at the time we stayed there.

Don't advertise breakfast if you can't supply it

Location was exactly what was required, it was clean enough

Was told there wasn't breakfast available even though it's advertised with breakfast being available, the room had an unpleasant odour and I could easily hear people in other rooms which made it difficult to sleep

Fantastic, friendly. Will definitely return!

Room was spacious, clean and close enough to the city centre for us (8 mins drive). Staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond; I was staying in Newcastle for the Great North Run and the staff provided me with a complimentary breakfast! Would definitely recommend and cant wait to stay again!
