The Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek is an excellent hotel with a quiet and calm atmosphere. The staff provides exceptional service and the hotel is clean and well-maintained. The food and drinks are d (Read More)iverse and of high quality. A group of 12 guests had a memorable experience and enjoyed the welcoming staff, great food, fresh rooms, and clean pool. They would definitely recommend the hotel and express gratitude for the excellent service.

Disappointing

Nicely located at Antalya GC. Spacious rooms, nice bathroom.

Very tired Hotel which will be closed for renovation this month. Service at Front Desk positive, every other department (Service, HSK, Bellboy, Lobby Lounge) unfriendly and obviously tired of season. Food in Buffet good but not wow. Room service a catastrophe.

A plush hotel with incredible food, right on the beach, with superb facilities

Beautiful, well maintained hotel. Youll never go hungry or thirsty with a vast array of food in different restaurants and bars - all really high standard and good variety of cuisine. My room was spacious and comfortable with a great selection of drinks and snacks refilled daily in the minibar. Great balcony too to enjoy the view! Well stocked and great quality bathroom amenities too - no need to pack heavy toiletries. Wonderful location right on the beach, with easy access to the old town and Land of Legends. Pool areas and beach serviced well with refreshments and a great choices of places to hide away or socialise/people watch! The spa treatment I enjoyed was one of the best massages Ive experienced and the treatment room was peaceful, plush and spacious.

I thought the reception and guest services staff could have been a bit more friendly but the waiting staff in the restaurants were first class. The entertainment at the hotel next door was so very loud most nights but it did stop between 112pm - take ear plugs if youre an early to bed guest!

All hotel staff were doing a great job, making our stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities of the hotel had everting we needed.

The hotel's interior is starting to get a little tired, but we understand that a refurbishment is scheduled to take place in a few moths.

We liked it very much!

Very friendly staff! Very clean! never had to wait at the buffet. Shuttles to all gold courses!

Good choice to stay in Belek

Excellent stay, room was quiet overlooking small forest and a golf course. Selection of food and beverages was superb and we loved it.

I express my gratitude to the Kempinski team for providing us with rest and relaxation. I extend my appreciation to all the employees of the main restaurant and the beach, including the waiters who are undoubtedly the best. The beach is impeccably clean, and the staff responsible for arranging the comfortable sunbeds in the morning deserves a heartfelt thank you. The room's comfortable bed, pillows, and cleanliness are worth mentioning. Our holiday was delightful, and we intend to return in the future. Lastly, I would like to give special thanks for the delectable desserts.

Our stay was again a great experience. The hospitality, fine wines and great food we have appreciated very much. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Memet, Nudret, Suleymann and the ladies from house keeping. We will plan our next vacation again at Kempinski Belek. Thank you very much! See you soon!
